I very rarely leave negative reviews but this company is a prime candidate for one. Trust all of the reviews regarding the quality of their ovens and the almost non existent service.
I purchased this hot rock oven first the conveyor belt on the top is stuck now second on the bottom the damper is stuck. I have called maintenance directly with hot rocks on numerous occasions. Can’t find a technician to work on him. I’ll be shut down all weekend worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Do not buy these ovens stick with the Lincoln Oven. Excellent and versatile ovens. Anything with moving parts requires maintenance, that is expected. Customer service has been incredibly helpful and solved a problem, that I thought would stop our production for days, in less than an hour. Awesome company!
Worst ovens I have ever dealt with. So many problems, I can't even keep up. Finding ways to sell it, just to go with a different company that makes ovens
