Just had our 3rd anniversary with our Hot Rocks pizza ovens. We really enjoy using these ovens as they are gamechangers as far as production and streamlining our operation is concerned. Best oven company in the world. Max is amazing!
2 stars instead of 0 because this oven truly does have the potential to change and transform your business into a working machine pumping out cripsy pizzas every 6-8 minutes. However, the service department is worse than the 1800- telemarketing service departments. I have been having continuous software or malware issues causing my oven to abruptly turn off, And trigger an alarm. This has mainly happened at the worst times during peak hours. I have third year experience and pizza . So far i see any market that’s pizza oven HOT ROCKS . Last labor cost is easy and management . I definitely recommended best person to talk and touch with Max . Uno’s definitely recommending HOT ROCKS PIZZA OVEN .
Do not buy there pizza ovens there quality is cheap Chinese metal and Chinese parts after fixing this oven and it continues to break after buying it brand new in 2021 l, I would avoid this place at all cost and warranty is terrible after spending 8000$ just now on a conveyor and compressor and after 2 months has a oil leak in the compressor and they won't cover it because they have a 45 day warranty haha that should tell you how much they stand by there products, do yourself the favor and spend alittle more and get a quality... read more
