My pool Heat Pump was not working so I contacted the manufacturer RayPak (Rheem) who recommended Hot Pools for the repair. I got in touch with Hot Pools at 5 pm. Even being late they managed to coordinate the warranty coverage with Raypak and scheduled the work for the day after 10-12. They arrived on time and by 11.15 am my Heat Pum was up and running. Very professional and responsive service.

He is also well-connected in the industry. Myron can get the inventors of best-selling pool heaters on the phone to consult with on design issues. Not everyone has a heater for their pool, but if you do, you will want to know about Hot Pools, Inc.
Great company, on time very responsive and professional, I would recommend them to all with pool heaters. Very knowledgeable technicians. The best around.
Got recommended by a realtor to use these guys for pool heater repair. Guy spends 10 minutes looking at the system, tells me is unrepairable, and charged me $90 for a “service call” which, if your counting, is roughly $550/hr billing. I told him that he performed no service and that no one informed us of a fee or we would have declined. Rip off central
