Bad (or No) Customer Service Hot Pink has lovely items, but they are on the expensive side. I've been in twice...two visits nearly a year apart, and both times I've found the customer service to be non-existent. No one has acknowledged my presence in the store, offered help or anything. The staff just lingered near the register, but didn't look busy...just didn't offer to speak. It made me feel judged, as if I didn't look like I'd buy anything. Uplifting I just had the best experience in Hot Pink! I went in to buy a gift for a friend and had no idea what to get her. One of the sales staff helped me select the PERFECT gift and stayed within my price range. The gift even had my friend's initial on it! Not only did I get the perfect gift, but they wrapped it for me in the cutest pink wrap for free! I had a great time chatting with the girls in the store. Bad ettique I always shopped at Hot Pink for various gifts for Christian events and I took my mother in last week from out of town to see this great place, my mom purchases me me a pair of sale item shoes and when my mom paid , my mom asked for a piece of tissue for the gift, the lady replied we are not making any money on the shoes already they are on sale and therefore we can't give tissue . The perfect store Hot Pink is just perfect. They have such a wide variety of everything Most people don't even realize that they even carry baby gifts. They always seem to have the perfect gift whether it is that quick hostess gift, shower gift, that little decoration for your house; you will always find something. Then the staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to make a great suggestion. Every time they have lead me to the best idea for a gift when I had no idea then they gift wrapped it. delightful I shop at Hot Pink probably once a week. I always find the most unique and fun gifts for my girlfriends and family. The prices beat all other stores in the area. Plus, they gift wrap everything for free in the cutest pink toile bags. They also have a nice selection of upscale bedding which I have ordered before. The staff is always cheery and helps me select the perfect gift in my price range. I highly reccommend this shop to anyone in the area. You will not be disappointed.
Good store, disappointing service I visited Hot Pink today for the first time and LOVED the store! Really good selection of unique gifts/decor and the prices weren't too bad either. However, I was disappointed in the sales staff. Not one time in the 15 minutes I was shopping did an employee acknowledge my presence. I don't like employees that won't leave you alone, but they could at least let you know that they are willing to help if you need help. unique Hot Pink has a terrific selection of unique gifts and you can normally find something when you go in there. Some of their items are expensive while others are average price. The staff are not particulary friendly, although you can sometimes catch them on a good day. They seem more interested in each other than in their customers, but the store is aways crowded.
Fun and unique gifts There is so much to look at in this quaint gift shop located next to Puffy Muffin in Franklin. They sell items to decorate the home with or unique baby gifts for giving at a shower. They have yummy smelling candles and lots of knick knacks. You will not walk out of this store empty-handed and you will see lots you want to buy.
