Went with Ghost Pepper Furnace and Duct Cleaning after a referral from a co-worker. Very pleased with the service provided and communication throughout. Also wanted to highlight the great service from the technicians. They took the time to give me a walkthrough of what they were doing, along with providing some insight and tips on my furnace setup, as well as some points to consider for a future AC install that I mentioned was on my radar.
I reached out to many companies for some furnace and duct cleaning. I needed this service urgently for an upcoming inspection. Given the time of year (September) most companies were booking 2 weeks out and I needed it within 4 days. The guys at Hot Pepper were the only company that understood my urgent request and found a way to squeeze me in right away. They came and completed the furance and duct cleaning quickly and were very personable. Thank you guys for helping me out!
Few days ago Youri from Hot Pepper Furnace came to our home and cleaned ducks and furnace. I could not be happier with the work done. Youri came on time and there was no rush to finish it fast as some companies do. Through the conversation with him it is clear that they take a pride in the quality of their work. Our furnace is 20 years old and I was thinking about replacing it soon, but Youri told me there is no need for replacement.
