Excellent service, punctual and Anton was a great person to deal with. Be leery of the negative reviews - it's often competitors trying to talk bad about good businesses. The owner returned a call within 10 mins to answer a question. Anton (tech) was great. Timely, polite, friendly and helpful with explaining to me a simple solution that I thought was a much bigger issue. I appreciate honesty and quality of service. As as person who has owned and operated a business thats success was based on customer service - I give 100%.
I called these guys and they gave me a quote to clean my furnace, when they showed up they said price went up by $300 and when I told them I didn’t want to use them the driver started threatening me and saying I had to pay him $200 if I don’t want to use them. Do not use these guys, they are crooks and will rip you off.
Unprofessional company. Wouldn’t answer the phone after multiple attempts. Finally got an absurd quote for a simple cleaning. Guy over the phone didn’t know much and then Yuri personally called me in a very unprofessional tone, borderline threatening. Their unprofessionalism and uneagerness to want to do the job spoke volumes. Would definitely recommend calling someone else unless you want an angry guy and his wife threatening you over simple house work. Worst experience ever came to my home completely unprepared and unprofessional to do there extremely basic job. I am thoroughly disappointed in the quality of this “company” Their absence of the eager desire to do their job was deplorable 👎🏼
