I'll keep this short... Total waste of money. I had Jesse install a furnace humidifier on my furnace. It did not work. I called him several times to investigate. He never called me back. He never returned to check out the lack of humidity. I would never recommend him.
Jesse and his guys did a great job at my cottage! Very professional, reasonably priced and without any "hidden fees ". Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We had a leak from a prior poor furnace installation and the floor rotted out. Hot or Not came quickly, took the furnace out, took out the old flooring and replaced floor, and replaced the furnace when done. They were fast, efficient, professional, really neat and were reasonably priced. They also cleared up a couple of small issues that they noticed. Couldn't be more pleased. Really great 5 star work. Thanks!
