This was unfortunately my second disappointing experience at this location, and it confirmed for me that the issues here are not isolated incidents. After my first visit for Mother’s Day, where my mother’s pedicure lasted roughly 15 minutes, I left a poor review. Kathy personally reached out, apologized, and assured me that the experience we had was not reflective of the company’s standards. Great service and staff. The place is clean and relaxing when I get my nails and toes done. Kathy N. always fits me in, even for my last-minute requests. Highly recommend Hot Nails for people of all ages.
I love this place! Kathleen does a superb job and always goes above and beyond with her talent! She’s flexible, talented, and has the sweetest soul! All other interactions I’ve had with all other staff have been great as well! I’d highly recommend Hot Nails (especially Kathleen)!
