Went in for a gel manicure. I had dip powder on, which they knew before I got there. They didnt know how to take the dip powder off. The guy doing it, used his nasty fingernails, instead of a sterile tool (i would have settled for any tool at that point rather than his fingernails!) to try to remove it after they tried several times to wrap with cotton soaked in acetone.
