Decided to patronize this business in between clients since I would not make it to my normal nail salon in Metairie before they closed. This is my second and LAST time stepping foot in this nail salon. Amy the nail tech starts my refill and I inform her two of my nails have started lifting and might need to be replaced. I have stiletto shaped overlay over my REAL nails. One broke so it was shorter than the rest. You read prices on sign, then when they finish service, they give you a different price, and their excuse is your nails are long. Long nails are extra. They stated that these nails are long, so I have to pay extra.
Requested an adjustment to how they were doing my french tip (just making it even) and they were immediately hostile about it. I offered to pay for everything they had already done, and another soak off so they could just give me a full polish rather than French tip and they refused to do anything further for me and sent me out with a clear undercoat because of frustration due to their own inability to do a simple neat french tip on my real nails.
