I had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant yesterday, especially because I had previously been enthusiastic about supporting your business. I waited nearly an hour for a simple 1 lb crawfish order while my friend received her meal within minutes of ordering. There’s no discriptions as to what each seasoning taste profile is for each selection on flavor. Therefore because I haven’t ordered from here in months I accidentally chose the wrong one because I couldn’t remember. Now I am stuck with $98 worth of crab legs with seasoning that is bland. Something needs to be included in the website and the ordering interface to show what they are. Is someone is ordering for the first time, how are they supposed to know?
Food poisoning from their Get Your Feet Wet combo. My friend and I shared it yesterday and are both still ill a day later.
genuinely the worst crawfish i’ve had, they didn’t have live in stock so it was cooked from frozen and they were mushy, dry, and extremely salty with some pieces being straight up bitter. I didn’t expect too highly of frozen crawfish but they were just so bad; other seafood was decent but I was mainly here for the crawfish. additionally, portions overall were honestly small for the price.
