Our AC went out, and since our unit is no longer being manufactured, we were worried it wouldn’t be fixable. Jeff went above and beyond—he took his time finding the right parts and came out late in the evening to get everything working again. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and patient throughout the whole process. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his customers. We really appreciate his hard work!
Last night my AC suddenly started struggling to cool the house. I could see the hose had frozen, which immediately put me into panic mode because even at night the heat is no joke here.
