Outstanding service from start to finish if I could give 20 stars I would. From one veteran to another, I would highly recommend this company. He took great care of our rental properties. Came home to find my a/c out and 101 degrees inside, called Jeff and left a message he called back within 1/2 hr and made it out within 2 hrs and fixed our a/c within a 1/2 hr, very knowledgeable and pleasant! Couldn’t have hoped for a quicker solution! Would not hesitate to recommend Hot N Cold
Jeff saved my sanity by fixing our a/c. Even in "AZ a/c failure peak season," he was able to get us taken care of fast! He was prompt with return phone calls, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the culprit and replaced the faulty part. He was upfront with the cost of repair, showed the faulty part and how it was faulty, and was extremely professional (while still being very personable and friendly).
