Love this store. 12 plus years
My wife needed a dress last minute for a dinner we were attending that night. Called Hot Miami Styles spoke to the sweetest customer service person. She informed me that my wife and I could head to their boutique and pick out a dress from the website. My wife looked amazing and the night was memorable thanks to Hot Miami styles. 5 star service.
The quality of the clothing is amazing. I am a customer for several years without issue.
Beware! I ordered a dress and it arrived without tags and seemed worn so I returned it (paid for shipping myself) and they refused to refund me or even give me store credit. When I called customer service they were extremely rude and told me I worn the dress which I did not! Never had such a terrible customer experience in my life! NEVER ORDER THERE! TOTAL SCAM!
I'm so sad because the clothes that you send me is not the same that you have in the pictures , everything looks like cheap..👎👎👎👎
