DO NOT GO HERE Posting on 5 stars so this can be seen upfront DO NOT GO HERE. This is, hands down, the shittiest music store I have ever been to, I have been shopping here (unfortunately, as I live in the tri-county area) since I was 13. NOT A SINGLE ITEM has lasted longer than a year.I trust Walmart for music over this place. They sell at higher than market price. My Experience with HotLicks is very unpleasant. It mostly comes from the manager and the guitar specialist. (Caucasian Male, Grey Silver Mustache with Glasses). They were talking down to me. talking about me like I wasn't even there. And always like they are rushing me. (Maybe it's because I'm a female) Every time I go in I feel unheard. like they only want to talk to me if I have Dollars on my forehead. Highly helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The acoustic room is not off limits as a previous reviewer stated. Simply the best prices I have ever gotten on guitar amps, period. A great place to hang out and gain knowledge.
