The salon itself is cozy, comfortable, and inviting, the products displayed and used are top quality. Jennifer is simply fabulous, she spent lots of time with my daughter before beginning, explaining how different lightening techniques were going to affect her hair now and during any growing-out periods. She was extremely meticulous and detailed throughout the highlighting and cutting processes, making sure my daughter was happy with everything along the way.
