I explained to the staff my husband is highly allergic to gluten. I had to ask them to wash their hands and change their gloves .. this should've told me to just leave. They were not careful, at all, about cross-contamination. He ended up with severe side effects. I realize it's a little more work to ensure safety, but it is possible as we have had five star experiences at other Hothead locations.
