Quick friendly service. Food was good
Edit: wanted to add the location was not busy when I got there. Like one other person. Rating as a door dasher. This location does not stay on top of their door dash tickets. Had a long print of many dor dash tickets. The response was "oh okay" when I arrived and told them the name. Because she had to look through all the orders that printed out. Very unorganized... bigly it's huuuuuuge.
food is good. but we got a regular sized bowl as well as the "mini-sized" bowl. somehow, we spent over $20 with no drinks or add-ons. can get two regular sized bowls for cheaper at chipotle.
Every time I come back to Ohio to visit family, I have to stop into a Hotheads. There isn't anything like it down in the south where I live. They have some of their signature sauces available to buy in glass bottles, which I often buy to bring back with me to add to the options available near me. However, they are usually out of fajita vegetables and on occasions, the server barely scoops the portions. For that, they lose one star.
