I have decided to give Hot Head another chance after I was driving by and saw all new employees at this location. I'm glad I did because the new manager and employees had great customer service; I was impressed with how clean the store was, and the food was fresh and delicious. I can now again enjoy Hot Head Burritos, my kids favourite place to eat at. I'm 100% impressed; keep up the good work.
I love this place...well i should say addicted. the people are always nice and greet you as soon as you walk in the door. I eat here a few times a week for lunch and usually i get a burrito and it’s huge and i love them. Everything is fresh and on point.
EDIT: Hot Head has now made online orders even worse by adding a 2% credit card fee. While normally I'm a fan of the variety of toppings Hot Head can do, they've gone downhill since COVID-19 hit. This particular location is virtually always understaffed, and their curbside orders appear to be bottom of the priority list. You can pull up at your selected time and watch people walk in, order, get food, and leave well before your food shows up. Usually one of the best dining experiences. This location has a newer employee that has been struggling wrapping burritos. Yesterday I saw him take another persons burrito to the trash can and dump half the toppings in the trash and then wrap it by the trash can turning it into something smaller than the lil burrito. The customer saw it and said nothing, just had a look of disbelief and paid for her food and left. Just hoping this post makes it to the correct person.
