First time having Hot Head Burritos and I loved it the workers were really patient and helpful. Nice workers and great atmosphere.
I usually have a great experience at hot head but today I was unfortunately dissatisfied. I was here today (7/21) at noon and the woman that was making my burrito was unnecessarily rude. As she was making my burrito, she kept repeating that this was going to be “so gross” at least 5 times. I thought she may have been talking about something else since it was so unexpected so I made no comment, but as she wrapped my burrito she said “this is the best you’re gonna get if you get every wet ingredient”.
