Ordered a smothered burrito, sweet habarnero steak bowl, Leroy's spicy chicken bowl. The second bowl was NOT the chicken bowl. They said bring it up and they will swap it. When I got there, they insisted it was the steak bowl I ordered. (No. The steak bowl was at home being eaten.) They said I would have to bring the entire order back so they could verify !!!!!!!!!! Then charged me for another Leroy's spicy chicken!!!!!!! And to think they actually got a nice tip. Go elsewhere unless you like to be treated like trash.
I love Hot Head but it can be pretty hit or miss. I generally consider this a great location. Sometimes they get things wrong in my mobile orders but who can be perfect 100% of the time. I eat here all the time and I’m not planning on stopping.
I thought the name HotHeads was a clever play on the selection of sauce available. I didn't know it was also a description of your managers temperaments. There's no reason customers should be getting yelled at by your staff. Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful to do in front of other customers at that.
