Went in the store at 7:45 pm and started ordering our food. Halfway thru are order the lady working told the other employee making our food that the dining room was closed for the rest of the night because she already mopped the floor. They were still open for 2 more hours but didnt want people eating inside. Because of that we didnt get drinks since we wouldnt be able to get refills with our food. Burrito was awesome, but chips were kind of stale
First of all I put i dined in , I didn't I went in and ordered bur I had to have the young lady Madison show me how to download App. She was more than helpful. Im.do pleased Hot Heads has employees so friendly and willing to help. I don't do technology well. I received a free burrito or bowl on my Facebook page but we couldn't find it so she told me about the 50percent off and we went from there. I order from here at least twice a month, and I've never had any issues. Food is fresh & tasty, and portions are decent. My only problem would be that when you order online, you don't have an option to add fajita veggies to a bowl.
