Ordered online before 530. I got there 15 min later, they said not all of my food was ready yet. I sat there and watched them make 7 people's food ahead of mine. The guy was at least trying to help, but the other lady said I would just have to wait. After they cleared the people in line they made my food. I didn't get out of there until after 6, which meant that the food that was already made was ice cold.
