I like Hot Head, I really do but this place has gotten bad the last few years. Placed an online order. And showed up about 8 minutes late to pick the order. Employee with beard and glasses tells me it’s not ready, and I’ve heard this excuse multiple times here.“whew… boy you should have seen this place 3 minutes ago. we were slammed!” This is at 8pm no dining customers, and one other customer in there ordering.
