After a long time of waiting to get tape in hair extensions, I finally decided to "just do it". I consulted with my hairdresser at Hot Hair and made an appt. She recommended 3 packs. I chose to try 2 to cut cost. Turned out I did need 3, and in the end purchased 4. I wasn't made aware that each pack only contained 5 extensions. Anyone would know 10 ext would not be enough for anyone's hair. If told I would've gone for 3. I made an appointment based on some of the good reviews I had seen about this salon on this website and others. I made an appointment for just a blow dry even though I consistently color and hi-light my hair. I just wanted to get a feel for the staff and salon before I made an appointment for some other services. THANK GOD it was just a blow dry. I was recommended by my friend who goes to the salon for more than 20 years. The salon co-owner Val is very friendly to customers. I always go to Lynn for my hair cut. Lynn has excellent communication skill and cut my hair exactly as what I wanted.

Hot Hair is a great salon. Tracie and Val are nice people who give their customers the best value for the money spent.
