Had Dexter out again today, Aug 5, 2025 and top notch service once again! Installed a new dryer vent cap on the exterior and it looks perfect. My thanks again to Dexter and Hot Fuzz. Dexter and the team at Hot Fuzz were fantastic. Cleaned out the dryer vent ductwork, removed, cleaned and re-installed the outside grill which was packed with lint. I had no idea how much lint can accumulate in a dryer vent. Dexter showed up on time, was cheerful, and expert with using his specialized tools, and cleaned out an entire shop vac full of lint. Others in our condominium have had similar, excellent service with Hot Fuzz.
We have used Hot Fuzz LLC 3 times and each time have been so impressed! Dexter is on time, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and showed us what was going on. When I researched dryer vent cleaning in the area, they were the most affordable, but that in no way has been a reflection of lower quality. We will always use and recommend them!
Awesome experience! Called and had an appointment within a day. Dexter showed up on time as scheduled and took on a tough job. Based on what came out of our dryer duct, pretty certain this was the first time our house had this done in 20+ years. Very professional and courteous service. Highly recommend!!
