My unit goes on standby when on Heat mode. I had unfortunately reset the breaker so now error code wasn't showing. Technician checked the connections in the outside unit systematically. In a short while he had the unit going again.
My experience with HotFrost from advice on Heat pumps to HRV was excellent. Madison was excellent throughout the process. Brayden visited several times for configuring and working with my GC. Finally, Liam and Mac were very careful with the installation of my new HRV and reinstallation of my still functioning HRV at another property. Highly recommend.
The installers arrived on time and got right to work. They installed 3 heads in no time then the rest of the work was done outside. When they were all done I went to have a look and wow, what a really nice clean install. The covers on the runs along the out side of the house are white to match the siding and being behind trees you don’t even notice them.
