Incredible job. Super polite, punctual, clean work, professional all around. My wife spoke with Madison first who gave a great assessment for us. (I’m going to mess the names up, so by’s I’m sorry if I get it wrong) Brad, electrician, Ben and Noah, installers, all of you guys gave exceptional customer service. Took the time to show me how to operate the mini split. We recently had Hot Frost install a mini split in our home. The process, from Madison's visit to complete an assessment, make recommendations on the unit that would be the best fit, to installation a week later, was seamless and professional. Ben, the installer, and Brad, the electrician, are highly competent, professional, and adaptable to any issue that they faced. Nothing was a problem. We highly recommend this company and team.
