Incredible job. Super polite, punctual, clean work, professional all around. My wife spoke with Madison first who gave a great assessment for us. (I’m going to mess the names up, so by’s I’m sorry if I get it wrong) Brad, electrician, Ben and Noah, installers, all of you guys gave exceptional customer service. We recently had Hot Frost install a mini split in our home. The process, from Madison's visit to complete an assessment, make recommendations on the unit that would be the best fit, to installation a week later, was seamless and professional. Ben, the installer, and Brad, the electrician, are highly competent, professional, and adaptable to any issue that they faced. Nothing was a problem. We highly recommend this company and team.

Commercial and residential client. Absolutely amazing folks to work with. Beautiful installation job, and excellent system performance. Another HVAC company installed commercial units (contractors choice, not mine) - they had no idea what they were doing, and the two units never worked properly (could have been much worse damage) - Brandon was able to troubleshoot and correct the installation errors (and damaged parts). Always with a smile!!! Wouldn't use anyone else for my A/C and heating needs!
