Hot Fitness is unlike any exercise facility! I love the personal staff - they make everyone feel welcome and encourage our excitement! They are all amazing people and I appreciate all their compassion and hard work! When I was able to come 4-5 times weekly, I lost 22 pounds!! Hot Fitness is not only an amazing place to workout but they have amazing instructors and they make you feel like family. They have so much talent to offer in all the different classes. I have been going to Hot Fitness for a year now and I have lost over a 100lbs, 31.5 inches, and have muscle definition I never thought I would see.
