Well I stood at the window to order. Who ever was working looked at me. Kept writing stuff down. Never said a word. Then went to the back and still didn’t say anything to me…. Stood there long enough to know I didn’t wanna eat there. Then left… sad, was excited to try it out…. Horrible customer service for me 11/22/25
These guys are always pleasant and nice. Semaj is always smiling. Jesus is another Hot Dogger who gave great customer service. Keep up the good work and thank you! *Fyi... A few places in this mall (Fox Hills) could use a lesson in service from these 2 young men.
Excellent service and awesome food choices ! Jesus was a great employee and he talked about their fresh hand made lemonade, i feel like it made it more delicious.
Got the sampler, cashiers were nice and food was served quickly and made infront of me.
The manager, Jay, at the Fox Hills Mall, was exceptional with his skills and customer service! He handled a large crowd all by himself adid it with ease!
