Been eating hear since the gateway opened, and NEVER has my experience been as horrible as it was today. Customer service was downright laughable, employees were rude and inconsiderate. We had an issue and confronted the manager on hand about it. He could have cared less. Told him he's lost me as a customer and he said "good I don't care' the proceeded to walk into the back. Extremely disappointed
Great staff, management was very nice and stopped to talk with us about our move into the area from California. Good food. We've been back a few times in the past few weeks. It does take longer than say McDonalds next door, but the few minute wait is worth it. I would go back. Try the funnel cake sticks with chocolate sauce - very good, almost addictive!
It's okay. The location is really just suffering from too few shoppers.
I ate here about 6 weeks ago. The corn dog was fine except it did not seem cooked from the inside- only on the outside. The cheese dog was good. The fries were tasteful but low in quality. The sriracha ketchup came from a Heinz bottle- I was disappointed because their poster board highlighted they had this ketchup and I thought it would be more specialized or unique to their place. I did not order a drink but the lemonade from where I was standing at the counter looked fresh/good.
Stopped here for lunch and it looked pretty closed at 12:05 in the afternoon. I guess they set their own schedule. Would love it if someone who works there could tell me why the hell they were gone.
