As tenants in a commercial property, we were left waiting for months for the landlord and agents to action our simple request of having a working air conditioner installed in our shop and removing quite a large, old unit. Marty came through with what I can imagine a reasonable quote for them, and inspected the building more than once (on a Saturday).
