I was the bride and trusted Hot Dish with the set up of the venue, selection of food and drink when I had a fully packed preparation schedule, let alone that I was hit by two cars a couple of weeks before the wedding (and amazingly not suffering from severe injury). Hot Dish are lovely. I was helping set up for a friend's wedding recently and got to chat with the staff as I was working - they're all so friendly and polite, and even helped us with decorating the hall (not part of the job at all). So first impressions were alright, but I was even more impressed when I saw the food and the presentation on the wedding day. Everything was cooked perfectly and it looked stunning. They really went the extra mile for my friend, and I appreciate it so much.
