My boiler had a few fault codes, spoke to Lee over the phone and discussed potential causes . We tried some simple troubleshooting over the phone, but this was unsuccessful. Lee came round the following day and fixed the issue temporarily. He was able to get a price for a gas valve and replaced the part the following day. Our boiler packed up and as we are pensioners called Lee from Hot and Cold. Very impressed knows what his talking about, boiler fixed and operational, no fuss just dealt with the problem. Reasonably priced can fully recommend.

Had Hot and Cold Installations out to do a gas connection on a gas cooker after switching from electric, fitted us in straight away and worked around times that suited us. Very professional service and would highly reccomend.
