Recently an elderly family member's 35 year old AC died. Company #1 said she had to replace with a new unit which wasn't was she wanted. Then, Hot Cold and Freezing came over, fixed some corroded wires, changed a few smaller parts, and cleaned out the vents -it's working again like new! We know it won't last forever, but their willingness to do some hands on work and help out an older person made all the difference in the world. Use this company - you won't be sorry!

They block city sidewalks for no reason what so ever which is against the law. My disabled father needed to drive his wheelchair on the busy road.
