They block city sidewalks for no reason what so ever which is against the law. My disabled father needed to drive his wheelchair on the busy road.
Had a furnace failure contacted this excellent company for service. Janson squeezed us into an already busy schedule and arrived the next day (it was mild enough we were able to get by). A very thorough diagnostic approach and fortunately he was able to remedy the issue without needing any parts. He explained the issue in easy to understand terms and showed me what the fix was. I highly recommend for home/business HVAC needs for anyone who wants competent and experienced service.
We do tend to forget what a luxury it is to be warm, especially when the weather turns cold . Our furnace went on the blink late in November just as the snow started to fly, so we called Hot, Cold & Freezing and they sent Jenson who was absolutely amazing! He fixed the furnace on a late Friday evening and and got us warm and cozy once again. Can't say enough great things about his fast, friendly, highly competent and impeccably professional service. Thanks, Jenson. You're an absolute star!
AMAZING! Have had consistent issues with my electric furnace for the past couple years. This was the first company that never suggested replacing the unit and actually said being an electric furnace, they are always repairable! Emilio was sent over and he spent quite a bit of time to diagnose the problem. Replaced a sequencer and has been smooth sailing since. Great experience!
