WOW, absolutely hooked on this Yoga experience the people are very nice and the classes are for everyone young and old. I love that when l feel saw, tired, that l turn up and in a peaceful environment l can work on myself stretching , flexing and bending and overtime l have found a way to heal some pain. And the energy from doing classes is incredible. I will sleep like a baby
Since moving to Melbourne this place has been my second home, the staff and the clients all feel like a big community. The best yoga/hot Pilates classes in Melbourne! It’s the most welcoming place that makes my stress of the day go away and I leave feeling refreshed and energised. Couldn’t recommend this studio enough
This is by FAR the most amazing Inferno and Bikram studios I’ve ever been to. Shaan and all the instructors she employs are absolutely amazing… I’ve practiced inferno Pilates and Bikram all over the world and the quality of the teaching here is second to none.
