Very pleasant experience at this beauty supply. Upon walking in the staff was very kind and respectful and were able to answer any questions I had without any hesitation. You can tell the staff is very well trained and are familiar with the products being sold as they can give the best recommendations per your needs. 5 stars easily.

There are two Asian ladies working there. The taller one is almost aggressive in how she talks. I needed information about a particular type of crochet hair, I asked her, and she insisted it was not crochet hair when the package clearly stated it was. I asked about the return policy, and she told me within 7 days in the unopened package. I need to return it, complied with what she told me.
