For 16 years you’ve been reliably fantastic. Open every day on or off season, THE best bagels, THE most creative selection, always fresh, great crowd control and I’m grateful you’re there. Despite offering every possible coffee option for free at home, our guests still want to walk over and have Hot Bagels coffee. Your coffee must be “all that” too! Thank you for being awesome in every way.
The pumpkin cream cheese is my favorite seasonal treat.
I’ve only been to the Hot Bagels Margate (Essex) 3 times this summer and my order has been wrong every time. 2 times were off season and not as busy. I only ordered a bagel and cream cheese/spead each time and was given either the wrong bagel or wrong spread. The 3rd visit I also did a mock order on my phone to show them so they could also “SEE “ my order. I don’t understand why they Can’t get a simple bagel order at a bagel shop correct.
