Would not use again. To expensive for call out. Charged 2 call out fees for a 45min drive $332 when they had another job 15mins away past our place. Nice young chap fixed the problem in half an hour. They dont reply to emails either.
Great experience with the installation of two split systems and new heat pump hot water service! They were friendly, professional and fit into my schedule. Would highly recommend the Hot and Cold shop!
