I'm not happy with Cobram Hot and Cold Shop. My air conditioner was making a lot of noise and producing ice. Since it was under warranty, we contacted them to explain the issue. A technician came and tried to fix it. He said it just needed cleaning due to excessive dust, but unfortunately, this wasn't covered by the warranty. We ended up paying $259. They should have informed us beforehand that the warranty wouldn't cover everything.
