This was the highlight of our trip! From the customer service I experienced on the phone booking, to our ride to the launch site, to the ride itself, and ending with brunch in the desert, it was all wonderful! Mike was an excellent pilot and answered all of our questions during the ride. We saw rabbits, coyotes, and various birds which was also exciting. Just returned from our first Hot Air balloon experience. Booked for my wife’s Birthday. Couldn’t ask for better weather, scenery, or crew. Crew chief Nick arrived on-time for pickup, filled us in on the area as we rode to our balloon. Captain Kyle seemed very comfortable with the balloon and safety was always top priority. We were lucky to land in a great area for a scenic champagne breakfast. Thanks again to all who made it special for us.
First time experiencing a hot air Balloon ride. it was fantastic! We had a smooth ride and a little bit bumpy landing. Great weather and cool to see other balloons in the air. I would have liked being on the west of the other balloons so that the sunlight reflected off the other balloons. Since we were east of all the other balloons we were looking into the sun to see the other balloons and their silhouettes were not picturesque. Need to see the colors to appreciate the beauty.
Absolutely worth getting up at 5am!! Chief Jim and Captain Jonathan gave us a fantastic morning. Loved our sunrise, funny stories, scientific explanations, and then breakfast!!
It’s our first time riding a hot air balloon it was awesome. Todd, the flight crew was very attentive to our questions. Our captain Tommy , he is funny & well experience. It was a smooth flight. After the flight they gave us a complementary breakfast with wine and meal. They gave us as well a certificate for flying w/ them. We highly recommend this company and this Is one of the highlight of our trip. Captains crew are really friendly & helpful!

It was an amazing flight our captain Kyle was awesome the food post flight cooked by Todd was delicious! We had champagne and our little ones had cider. Highly recommended worth to go on hot air balloon 🎈 with them
