Captain Mike on his cell phone mid flight was not terribly reassuring. He was also incredibly nasty to his subordinates. Every other person on board took note of that.
Every detail thought out. Best experience! ! Pilot Walter, was hilarious and the crew and guide AL made every bit of it entertaining. Ask for these guys when you book!! Hors d'oeuvres were delicious. Can't say nothing about this company. Well ran and I can see why it is the largest and best hot air company in the nation. Glad they are in Phoenix

This company landed 3 balloons this morning in the middle of Joy Ranch Rd blocking traffic on a limited access road. They then proceeded to park trailers and set up picnic tables in the middle of a private drive that is the only access for 5 homes. I would have expected a little more "common sense" from this company.
Had a great trip. They are very professional and do an awesome job. I would highly recommend using them and I would defiantly use them again.
Wonderful ride. I want to come next time in March to see the dessert in bloom.
