Incredible experience from Pilot Matt, and ground crew Nichole and Preston. Amazing Sunrise ride. Gentle and beautiful. Matt kept the information and views coming with humor and sensitivity. The landing was expert and the desert breakfast was scrumptious. Thank you! 10/10.

My hot air balloon experience was absolutely incredible! The weather was perfect, making for a smooth and breathtaking ride. The only hiccup was that our driver from the airport got lost, causing us to arrive late. Thankfully, the team was accommodating, and we still got to enjoy the full experience. Once in the air, the views were stunning, and the ride was peaceful. The hot fire blasts were intense at times but didn’t last long, so it wasn’t too overwhelming. We had a wonderful flight with our Pilot Alisa! She and Steven's flight crew knew exactly what they were doing and gave us a great experience. Everyone was professional and friendly and the balloon ride is 100% worth waking up early. An amazing adventure with a great breakfast afterward, we'd be happy to do it again when we're back for another visit.
