I’ve been using Hostetler for irrigation needs for a little over a year now. They always call me back and always get my issues repaired quickly and correctly the first time. I appreciate them.
I had a terrible experience with this irrigation company. The owner is completely unprofessional and just plain rude—she cussed me out during a conversation. Her communication skills are nonexistent, making it nearly impossible to schedule or coordinate any services. It’s clear she has no idea what she's doing and cares little about her customers. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs. Worst service I’ve ever encountered.
This company has no timely work ethic. Their customer service is nonexistent even after being patient and calling them about issues multiple times. The owner Martha is very unprofessional and uneasy to work with. She is disrespectful. Take your money where it is appreciated!
This is a phenomenal company and they have been with us for approximately 24 years. We don’t work with any companies that we don’t like, that aren’t professional, and that do not deliver personal service.
