I have been a loyal policyholder with Erie for the past 8 years, paying premiums faithfully (on an annual basis) and never filing a single claim during that time. They may seem professional but at times ignore emails sent to them. No one knows where email messages sent through their website go (I was actually told this by an employee on the phone). Unlike most modern insurance companies who have developed appropriate technology, they seem to mostly work if you can be in person.
They allow me to exit gracefully. Kudos to them. They would have gotten five stars if they actually would have tried to accommodate my needs of insurance for a rural property far better fulfilled at less money via the Indiana farm bureau right now. Thanks Jack Gaff!
