I hired hostess with the mostess for my toddlers combined birthday party. I started the booking process with Stephanie the owner (amazing) she took so much time and had so much patience going over all the options with me. She even did a free site visit to my home to make sure all the rentals would fit and make it exactly how I wanted!! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Hired them for a backyard wedding. They demanded that my credit card be on file to secure the booking but assured me, on numerous occasions, that my card was never going to be charged; as someone else was handling payment. Bartender arrived late to the wedding and the chef for the grill never arrived. One of the waitstaff had to go do the grilling of the food, leaving the other one waitstaff to transport food/clear the area/prep food. For many years, I have been attending events catered by HWTM and then finally hired them for a private party. From start to finish, the manager and staff members went above and beyond. The manager helped me create a theme, menu, and provided chairs and tables. During the event, staff members were attentive to my guests, especially to the kids. The food was outstanding! We had BBQ for 60+ ppl. The staff members were on point and kept everything clean! Can't wait until the next event, I'll be using them next time!
