The gentleman that helped with the reservation was very kind and trying to help. He consulted with the "manager" to get a better rate on what they thought would be a good accessible offerring for a wheelchair. We stayed in FL2 - their was indeed a ramp to get in. That was the only thing (except for wider doors which was good) that was accessible and we had a difficult time in the stay.
