I'm aware host fell from grace some years back. They struggled during this time. It's my understanding that the business was sold in 2021 to a real go getter who has really tackled some of the problems left behind by the previous owners. They are up and running again and have made major improvements. I find both host machines and products to be well made and effective. I've seen great results from the products that don't over wet and leave behind an overly wet carpet that wicks the stains back to the surface as it dries like... read more
