Very reasonable prices and honest
Got my car fully serviced on the 1st of June. Friendly service, pricing was reasonable. I asked the receptionist about getting a quote price plus labor on certain things that need to be fixed and It's now Wednesday 23rd July and yet still haven't gotten an email about quote price and yes I've been in their 3 times so far asking the same question over and over again
Did a decent service and price was quite fair, however one of their staff caused a large crack down my windscreen, and was not openly acknowledged nor offered some compensation for it. Had the bloke who worked on the car lie between myself and the owner, AJ, on causing the damage. I felt by the end of my conversation that i had with AJ, I was belittled and villainised even though I openly understood if it was an accident.
