Air conditioning did not work in one of the bedrooms and the smoke alarms kept activating for no reason. Response was these issues can occur. Compensation was asked for and denied. 10% discount was offered for next visit which I am sure was done in the knowledge we will not be returning.
Had a booking at one of the properties this team manage and we needed to cancel our holiday. Policy was no refunds, which I knew, but Sonja in their office worked with the owner to get another available date for us so we didn't lose our deposit. Great customer service Sonja. Thanks again.
