Buffet had very tiny servings and salad greens were wilted and spoiled. Hamburger was extremely over-cooked and black. Bacon on it was charred. No tomato or lettuce. Worst of all, this company would not offer any ANY resolution.

I can order my stake cooked rare but I have to get my burgers WELL DONE ! You only get the napkin that’s wrapped around your utensils , extra napkins are not offered nor on the table to use In my opinion, there’s a lot of room for improvement
Felt the management of the Mechanicsburg location was very unprofessional to the hosts of the birthday party. It's true the people expected 15 and a few people canceled at the last minute due to circumstances outta there control. I feel they should send an apology to our hosts who were only trying to give a special 8 yr girl a wonderful birthday party.
