Absolutely worst customer service. Won’t return calls, or emails in a timely manner (we are talking weeks here). Last year, we nearly missed our extension deadline due to his team’s sloppy intake of data and going back and forth to correct typos. We initially made contact with him the December prior (well in advance of the 4/15 deadline, and he still applied for an extension! If you want to save yourself some stress, avoid this man and his practice at all costs!
