I always have a great experience, they even know me by name. I had several alterations and cleanings with no issues. I have never been disappointed
We took our suits in to be dry clean and 3 pants alteration. When we pick up the clothes, the pants length was too short. Some of the stains on the suit jackets were still there. I know that some stains will not come off completely but the stains were most the same as before we brought it in to be clean. They agree to fix the pants. However, it looks horrible.
