I visited the hospitality house for the first time in Rome, Ga. The manager there, Tyler, was very rude! I asked for a price on something after walking in, and was told a price. I immediately thought to myself, wow this will be my new place to shop! About 5 minutes later, I was approached by a man almost as if I had stole something! He went on to tell me I was told the wrong price at the door and his job is to get as much money as he can. Lol. Ok. Scored a new customer and lost a new customer within a total of 5 minutes.
